Refund Policy

Consulting Services

All consulting services provided by Kiri Global Solutions are professional advisory services customized to each client’s needs.


Due to the personalized nature of our work, all payments for consulting services, strategy sessions, and custom projects are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

If a client wishes to cancel a booked service:
 

  • Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling without penalty.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested within 48 hours of a scheduled session.
     

In cases of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, rescheduling options may be offered at the discretion of Kiri Global Solutions management.
 

Digital Services and Strategy Reviews

Payments for digital services (such as strategy assessments, IT reviews, or pre-paid advisory reports) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered electronically or discussed during a session.

Refund Discretion

All refund or rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Kiri Global Solutions reserves the right to refuse a refund request if:

  • Services have already been rendered

  • Significant preparation work has been completed

  • Cancellation policies were not followed

Custom Projects

For large custom projects or multi-phase consulting engagements:

  • A deposit is required to initiate the project.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once project work has begun.

  • If a project is canceled by the client before commencement, a refund may be considered minus any administrative fees already incurred.
